OUR STORY

Luz Granja, our head baker and founder, started her culinary career at The Cordon Bleu School of Culinary Arts, and while she was studying there, a passion for baking emerged. By learning various techniques and skills proper of classic French bakery, she has transformed those ideas into her own creations by combining her classic training with her own latin influences. After graduating from The Cordon Bleu, she wanted to share that fascination for baking with the world, and Bakery Delights emerged. Our delectable creations share that passion for baking, showing a delicious selection of the finest baked goods and pastries in town.
